Elaniin is looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our sales team, setting goals and developing strategies, being an inspired self-starter and able to drive growth in the sales department for a Software services and solutions company.

  1. Research & Identification: Research to identify potential sales leads through various channels, including social media and email.
  2. Lead Qualification: Create and qualify lead lists to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
  3. Outreach: Contact leads to offer our services.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with sales team to follow up on.
  5. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.

Your skills and requirements

  1. Proven Experience: 2+ years as Sales Development Representative, Lead Generator or similar experience in the software industry.
  2. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  5. Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  6. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with CRM software.
