Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Generate Leads: Proactively identify and engage institutional clients within APAC, leveraging your knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry. Use a strategic mix of outreach methods—email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and more—to spark interest and open doors with key decision-makers.
  2. Qualify Prospects: Conduct insightful discovery conversations to understand client needs, evaluate their fit for our staking solutions, and determine their readiness to engage further. As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for our brand and lay the foundation for successful client relationships.
  3. Support Sales Growth: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to account executives.
  4. Track and Report: Maintain meticulous records of all activities in our CRM, providing regular updates on lead generation progress, pipeline health, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance.
  2. Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).
  3. Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.
  4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  5. Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
  6. Highly self-organized and disciplined.
  7. Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
