Summary

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Develop and close deals with global and regional banks, asset managers, and crypto-native companies seeking digital asset custody solutions.
  2. Expand Ripple’s footprint by building a strong pipeline of custody opportunities across Latin America.
  3. Represent Ripple at key industry events to strengthen our network and drive awareness of our custody solutions.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to refine and position custody offerings.
  5. Shape go-to-market strategies and product development by leveraging customer feedback and industry insights.
  6. Manage RFx processes, ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  7. Lead customer demonstrations and supervise sandbox environments for clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  1. 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Enterprise SaaS, or equivalent roles.
  2. 5+ years of proven experience advising and selling to financial institutions.
  3. Deep knowledge of distributed ledger technology, digital asset custody, and related use cases (e.g., smart contracts, tokenization, stablecoins, RWA).
  4. Strong industry network with relationships in large financial institutions, asset managers, and crypto-native companies.
  5. Proven track record in sales, business development, and closing complex enterprise deals.
  6. Proficiency in SpanishPortuguese, and English is critical to successfully connect with customers across the region.
  7. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  8. Willingness to travel as required for business development.
