Summary

As part of the Fireblocks’ UAE Enterprise sales team, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. You’ll target a mixture of Crypto Native & Financial Institutions across the Middle East, working closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs and Business Leaders.

This position is based in Dubai

You’ll be:

  1. Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  2. Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs, Business Solutions and GTM Team
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
  4. Prospecting, territory, and account planning
  5. Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM
  6. Based in the UAE with other like-minded Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, Customer Success & BDRs

You’ll bring:

  1. Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into financial services and/or TradFi
  2. An understanding of how Banks operate across the enterprise
  3. Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency 
  4. Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
  5. Experience formalizing and supporting the co-sell motion in working with technology partners is preferred
  6. Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales position
  7. Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
  8. A willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities
  9. Thrives in a team-selling environment
