The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive & Business Development professional to drive revenue growth and expand eNor Securities' market presence across Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in sales, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and penetrate new segments.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
2. Sales Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling eNor Securities' products and services.
4. Team Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
5. Regional Market Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with local teams to identify opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to accelerate sales growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in financial product sales. Experience in Web3, blockchain and Crypto is highly desirable.
- A proven track record in sales and business development is required.
- Solid knowledge of financial products, derivatives knowledge is a plus.
- Existing network of clients including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc would also be a big plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to access and engage with independent agent office owners.
- Operate in a self-driven fast paced work environment, and be able to adapt quickly to shifting team requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus
