The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive & Business Development professional to drive revenue growth and expand eNor Securities' market presence across Latam (Latin America). The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in sales, a deep understanding of financial markets and blockchain, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development:

  1. Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  2. Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and penetrate new segments.
  3. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

2. Sales Execution:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling eNor Securities' products and services.

4. Team Collaboration and Reporting:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  2. Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  3. Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

5. Regional Market Expertise:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
  2. Collaborate with local teams to identify opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  3. Leverage existing relationships and networks to accelerate sales growth.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in financial product sales. Experience in Web3, blockchain and Crypto is highly desirable.
  3. A proven track record in sales and business development is required.
  4. Solid knowledge of financial products, derivatives knowledge is a plus.
  5. Existing network of clients including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc would also be a big plus
  6. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  7. Ability to access and engage with independent agent office owners.
  8. Operate in a self-driven fast paced work environment, and be able to adapt quickly to shifting team requirements
  9. Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus
