Summary

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish strong and productive relationships with new clients while maintaining a high level of satisfaction among existing partners.
  2. Conduct negotiations, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Demonstrate the advantages of EMCD’s full range of products and services, including mining tools, analytics, and fintech solutions.
  4. Acquire new clients through cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  5. Collect and analyze market data, study the competitive landscape, assess customer behavior, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, technical support, and other departments to enhance the competitiveness of our offerings.
  7. Develop strategies to increase the average transaction value by introducing additional company services and products.
  8. Regularly provide analytical reports and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and client base growth.

Requirements:

  1. Higher education (preferably in marketing, management, IT, economics, or psychology).
  2. At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the B2C or B2B segment.
  3. Deep understanding of an ecosystem-based approach to customer relations.
  4. Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
  5. High level of technical literacy (knowledge of blockchain technology, mining, and related products is an advantage).
  6. Experience working with CRM systems.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions in simple terms.
  8. Negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  9. Ability to independently plan work processes and achieve results in an autonomous environment.
  10. Proactiveness, flexibility, goal orientation, and readiness to work in a fast-growing industry.
  11. English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
