Summary
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong and productive relationships with new clients while maintaining a high level of satisfaction among existing partners.
- Conduct negotiations, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Demonstrate the advantages of EMCD’s full range of products and services, including mining tools, analytics, and fintech solutions.
- Acquire new clients through cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Collect and analyze market data, study the competitive landscape, assess customer behavior, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, technical support, and other departments to enhance the competitiveness of our offerings.
- Develop strategies to increase the average transaction value by introducing additional company services and products.
- Regularly provide analytical reports and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and client base growth.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in marketing, management, IT, economics, or psychology).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the B2C or B2B segment.
- Deep understanding of an ecosystem-based approach to customer relations.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
- High level of technical literacy (knowledge of blockchain technology, mining, and related products is an advantage).
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions in simple terms.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Ability to independently plan work processes and achieve results in an autonomous environment.
- Proactiveness, flexibility, goal orientation, and readiness to work in a fast-growing industry.
- English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
