Summary

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We are building a talented Revenue Operations team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll be a key partner in taking our sales operations to the next level and aligning go-to-market motions across the organization. You’ll work directly with Sales and cross-functional Leadership to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally but most closely with our Sales Development team to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts across all go-to-markets.

What You’ll Do

  1. Partner with cross-functional teams to help support the daily operations of the Sales Development organization.
  2. Analyze and advise on improvements in the pre-sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity.
  3. Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesforce & Looker.
  4. Perform ad hoc analysis driving actionable insights on sales initiatives.
  5. Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other key teams across the company.

What You’ll Need

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, B2B SaaS, Fintech, or banking sales operations.
  2. Ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into clear requirements for reports and analyses.
  3. Working knowledge of key B2B SaaS Tech Stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  4. Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets functions.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly.
  6. Ability to appropriately determine what tools/solutions are most appropriate for analyses and the best visualizations for reporting (SFDC report, Outreach, Looker Excel, etc.)
  7. Scrappiness when scoping, sizing, and fulfilling large and small requests, balancing efficiency and quality

Nice to Haves:

  1. Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
  2. Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or investment banking
  3. Passion for or curiosity to learn about financial technology
