Responsibilities
You Will 🚀
- Support Sales Processes: Help design, implement, and optimise sales processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Sales Documentation: Assist in creating and managing sales playbooks, proposals, and training materials
- Market & Investment Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to uncover growth opportunities.
- Conference Support: Compile lists of relevant side events, handle registrations, and assist in building targeted lead lists.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to support strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements
You Have 🤓
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role (internships are also valued).
- Crypto or blockchain industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail: Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
- Independence and adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to change quickly.
