Summary

What will you be working with?

1. Responsibility for the complete and timely preparation of financial statements of four Bitcoin Suisse group companies 
2. Carrying out closing procedures for reporting purposes (e.g. calculation and posting of accruals) 
3. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports of various group companies 
4. Support with group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements 
5. Preparation and coordination of the annual audit and central contact person for the auditor 
6. Carrying out various internal control and analysis tasks in the financial area 
7. Support in the accounting implementation of contractual agreements and in the introduction of new products 
8. Updating critical parameterization tables for the banking system to support the launch of new products and tokens. 
9. Various project-oriented tasks including ongoing improvement and automation of various financial processes or setting up additional locations (management positions in these are also an option) 
10. Completion of various ad hoc accounting tasks 

What you bring with you

1. Bachelor or Master degree in economics/finance or accounting 

2. Sound knowledge in the areas of accounting (accounting standards) and finance, ideally deepened through further training 

3. Several years of professional experience in the Swiss trust industry or a finance department of a financial services provider 

4. Solid knowledge of ERP, accounting or banking systems and MS Office (especially Excel) as well as a strong understanding of the technical requirements of a finance department 

5. Motivation to continuously improve existing processes and adapt them to new circumstances 

6. Precise, independent, flexible and reliable working style is required 

7. Good team player and enjoy working in an innovative and dynamic company
