Summary

Joining the the Retail Growth team as a (Senior) Affiliate Partner Manager, you will be responsible for leading the robust BitMEX affiliate programme as well as working closely with the BD team to support all partner co-marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruit the most performing affiliates to boost company’s performance 
  2. Spearhead marketing our robust affiliate and channel partner programmes 
  3. Develop affiliate and partner marketing strategies that deliver specified sales volumes
  4. Continue improvement of Affiliate Dashboard based on customer feedback in close cooperation with Retail product and Retail Sales teams
  5. Work closely with Retail Sales team to drive co-marketing efforts with affiliates 
  6. Initiate new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program
  7. Oversee the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  8. Analyze program and campaign activity to identify opportunities for improvement
  9. Deliver affiliate marketing reports to advertisers and senior management

Qualifications

  1. 6+ years in a client facing position, with 3-4 years of experience in a crypto or online financial services company
  2. Sales driven professional with superior communication skills
  3. A go-getter who is highly motivated, driven and ambitious
  4. Intelligent and able to creatively strategize and execute
  5. Initiates plans to drive revenue - Revenue mindset
  6. Charismatic with ability to influence others without authority 
  7. Relentless in pursuit of growth 
  8. Ability to work with internal stakeholders
  9. Crypto deep knowledge will be a big advantage
  10. Those with less experience will be considered for an Affiliate Partner Manager role
