Summary

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We are building out a talented Revenue Operations team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll be a key partner in taking our sales operations to the next level and aligning go-to-market motions across the organization. You’ll work directly with Sales and cross-functional Leadership to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally, but most closely with our Sales and Growth Marketing teams to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts across all go-to-market. 

What You’ll Do

  1. Analyze and advise on improvements in the pre-sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
  2. Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesforce & Looker
  3. Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Strategic Finance, Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, and Growth Marketing
  4. Perform ad hoc analysis driving actionable insights on sales initiatives
  5. Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other key teams across the company
  6. Own the Sales Forecasting process from data integrity and Salesforce hygiene to reporting and surfacing trends & insights to Sales Leaders

What You’ll Need

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or banking sales operations
  2. Ability to translate stakeholder requests into requirements to surface impactful end-state analyses and reports
  3. Working knowledge of key B2B SaaS Tech Stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  4. Mastery of Excel / Google Sheet functions
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting data and providing recommendations with confidence to senior-level partners, even when there is ambiguity involved
  6. Ability to appropriately determine what tools/solutions are most appropriate for analyses, and the best visualizations for reporting (SFDC report, Outreach, Looker Excel, etc.)
  7. Scrappiness when scoping, sizing, and fulfilling large and small requests, balancing efficiency and quality
  8. Working knowledge of B2B funnel reporting, including stages (MQL, pipeline, etc.) and SFDC structure/reporting

Nice to Haves:

  1. Experience as a SFDC administrator
  2. Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
  3. Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or investment banking
  4. Passion for or curiosity to learn about financial technology
  5. Experience with Looker or equivalent BI Tools
