Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer in our Pricing and Hedging (P&H) team, you will be responsible for writing, reviewing and maintaining clean and scalable code over all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. 

What you’ll do 

1. Drive key technical decisions that influence our architecture, engineering practices and team vision
2. Develop clean, maintainable, scalable and testable software for high performant backend systems with Python
3. Work on loosely coupled microservices for the core business to support the entire organisation
4. Help us to transform our systems to the next level and increase adoption of our event driven architecture
5. Solve multi-dimensional problems that you never knew existed before

Who you are

1. You have a long track record with Python and RestAPI knowledge built up in product based companies
2. Experience in relational and NoSQL databases and deep knowledge on API design, websockets, network communication
3. Excellent communicator with leadership skills to drive initiatives in technical level
4. Experience in event streams, message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ or SQS
5. Familiarity and experience with any of the following is a plus: AWS services, cryptocoins, stock markets, blockchain, devops infrastructure
