Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to strategize, ideate, and produce a wide range of modern design assets. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our brand guidelines, actively contributing to defining how our brand is utilized across our product ecosystem and various touch points. Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistency and cohesiveness in all brand communications.

  1. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to strategize, ideate, and produce a variety of modern design assets.
  2. Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines that define how the brand should be used across our product ecosystem and touch points.
  3. Create high-quality, delightful designs in collaboration with designers, researchers, animators, content specialists, and illustrators.
  4. Take concepts from research, exploration, to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and a cohesive final product.

Your craft

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience in creative design, brand development, and multimedia production.
  3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe package (photoshop, illustrator, after effects), Cinema 4D
  4. Strong conceptual thinking and ability to bring concepts to life visually.
  5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.

Additional Qualifications (for Senior Brand Designer position):

  1. 5+ years of experience in creative design and brand development.
  2. Proven track record of successful brand development projects.
  3. Strong strategic thinking and ability to contribute to overall brand strategy.
