About the team:

We're looking for a Content Designer to join us on our mission to help build the most intuitive crypto product experiences and make crypto accessible to everyday users. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting product content that empowers people to understand crypto investing, market conditions, and other sophisticated financial concepts. This role requires strong foundational knowledge of the crypto space and the drive to keep building expertise.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

1. Partner with design, product, and research to build delightful user experiences and shape the product roadmap
2. Engage throughout the product development process to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency
3. Create and advocate for approachable, simple language that best communicates our mission externally
4. Develop frameworks, guidelines, and processes to help define and improve product content and UX at Robinhood
5. Balance customer experience and business impact with speed and quality
6. Incorporate user research into content decisions for product experiences
7. Contribute to educational content that empowers our customers to learn about crypto
8. Present your work to cross-functional teams in product reviews and provide feedback during weekly crits

About you:

1. 4+ years content design or UX writing experience
2. Eagerness to shape product direction from ideation to post-launch, including contributing to design and research
3. Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and ability to communicate this efficiently to the team
4. Experience conducting content and comparative audits
5. Ability to translate technical concepts into concise, easy-to-understand language
6. Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraints
7. Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process
8. Solid subject expertise and deep interest in cryptocurrencies. Plus, the ability to master new crypto subjects quickly.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
