What you’ll do

1. Partner with marketing ops, production and creative to ensure the right creative resources are available to support the roadmap; track resourcing allocations and make optimization recommendations to increase output.
2. Lead and manage the process for onboarding and offboarding freelance creatives and proactively solving for creative needs and resourcing gaps.
3. Oversee intake and project setup of all briefs in Wrike, our project management tool, and ensure that the project management system is up to date with resourcing and schedule changes.
4. Partner with production, creative and marketing ops to open and track budget line-items and tasks.
5. Lead the process to onboard a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for global distribution and archiving.
6. Drive collaboration and communication cross-functionally to ensure creative delivery is aligned with set timelines and briefs; manage creative resourcing and ensure the team is aligned to priorities, timeframes and overall brief.
7. Accelerating team efficiency by improving creative processes, developing workflows, tools, documentation frameworks, asset management systems, and resourcing strategies that help the creative and production team build new solutions or advise principled risk-taking.
