Summary

BitGo is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Science and Analytics Team for 6 months. In this role, you will contribute to refining the framework that supports our expanding business and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating closely with the Billing team to continuously enhance billing logic for client billing and other related billing processes. 
2. Propose and implement solutions to address billing issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence.
3. Design and implement snowflake based engineering solution to help manage client billing at scale 
4. Investigate client queries related to billing data promptly and thoroughly.
5. Analyze quality of data sets and check for gaps in data
6. Maintain billing peripheral systems manually to ensure accuracy
7. Review customer contracts and opportunities in Salesforce; Working closely with Sales and CMS to ensure the billing data in Salesforce is accurate and matched with the contract.
8. Review and validate data in Snowflake, Paradime and Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency.
9. Conduct thorough manual data checks to identify discrepancies and anomalies.
10. Setup alerts for monitoring quality of billing datasets 
11. Collaborate with analytics, product and other teams to understand the gaps related to data quality, find root causes & solutions to fix the gaps
12. Addressing the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommending solutions 
13. Identifying areas of improvement to achieve higher standard data quality

Required:

1. 4+ years of experience, min Bachelor's degree required
2. Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel preferred
3. Advanced knowledge of SQL mandatory
4. Ability to review, analyze and manage large volumes of data
5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
6. Outstanding attention to details
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
8. Enthusiastic about working in crypto space
