Summary

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in ClickHouse and AWS infrastructure to join our dynamic Trading Analytics team. This role will be crucial in supporting our engineering needs across various trading, middle office, and trade capture systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud infrastructure, CICD etc. You will be involved a number of technically challenging problems, oversees design and coding for features. You will be involving every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch. Experience in trading, crypto, or middle office environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

1. Develop tools for application and performance monitoring
2. Contribute to system architecture design
3. Develop and deploy AWS cloud infrastructure in IaC manner.
4. Improve and manage Terraform, K8S and CI/CD pipeline.
5. Design and implement Disaster Recovery & backup solution,
6. Automate and streamline operations and processes.
7. Communicate, escalate and follow up as appropriate to ensure that problems are solved

Requirements

1. Solid experience in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes is a must
2. Experience in building CICD pipelines of a large scale enterprise application
3. Experience in monitoring systems like Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
4. Experience in logging systems like Fluentbit, ElasticSearch/ OpenSearch, etc.
5. Experience in maintaining high-availability and low-latency crypto exchange is a plus
6. Experience in Linux and Network Concepts
7. Experience in GitOps with ArgoCD is a plus
8. 5+ years experience in DevOps & AWS
9. Ability to code. You are expected to write some maintainable code.
10. A strong interest in working in technology and/or financial environments
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
