We’re on the hunt for a strategic and visionary product marketing pro to lead and expand our product marketing team, driving go-to-market strategies that are grounded with product and take off with our sizable GTM organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Build Fireblocks’ understanding of customer requirements, behaviors and ecosystem to identify market opportunities, and customer demand. 
  2. Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings.
  3. Define team's strategy, budget, hiring and OKR's to build and measure team results.
  4. Use customer, partner and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging.
  5. Establish a go-to-market launch strategy for new products, feature releases and partnerships (launch timelines, sales enablement, and sales team education).
  6. Educate and train our global strategic and crypto-native sales teams on product capabilities, competitive differentiation, and objection handling. 
  7. Develop product messaging and positioning, by working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to test, iterate and validate. 
  8. Take a customer-centric approach, acting as the voice of the customer by clearly articulating market-specific dynamics and buyer pain points. 
  9. Uncover new product marketing opportunities and use cases by engaging with customers, conducting market research, and tracking competitive trends.
  10. Keep your finger on the pulse of blockchain and digital assets/crypto as it relates to capital markets, traditional banking & financial services, digital banking, and payments.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preference to Cybersecurity, FinServ or FinTech
  2. 2+ years of team management experience
  3. A great writer and storyteller, that creates meaningful content aligned to our company objectives.
  4. Experience in a fast-paced, high growth-stage startup. 
  5. Entrepreneurial-minded, with a high sense of urgency, dedication, and a drive to succeed.
  6. Willingness to roll your sleeves up, be hands-on and lead by example.
  7. Excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations to cross functional partners.
  8. A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptocurrency and the blockchains that power them. 
  9. Must be comfortable with a continuous deployment process. 
  10. Understand segmentation strategies, developing buyer personas, articulating customer pain points, and crafting client-facing messaging.
  11. Thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
