We’re on the hunt for a strategic and visionary product marketing pro to lead and expand our product marketing team, driving go-to-market strategies that are grounded with product and take off with our sizable GTM organization.
Responsibilities
- Build Fireblocks’ understanding of customer requirements, behaviors and ecosystem to identify market opportunities, and customer demand.
- Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings.
- Define team's strategy, budget, hiring and OKR's to build and measure team results.
- Use customer, partner and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging.
- Establish a go-to-market launch strategy for new products, feature releases and partnerships (launch timelines, sales enablement, and sales team education).
- Educate and train our global strategic and crypto-native sales teams on product capabilities, competitive differentiation, and objection handling.
- Develop product messaging and positioning, by working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to test, iterate and validate.
- Take a customer-centric approach, acting as the voice of the customer by clearly articulating market-specific dynamics and buyer pain points.
- Uncover new product marketing opportunities and use cases by engaging with customers, conducting market research, and tracking competitive trends.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of blockchain and digital assets/crypto as it relates to capital markets, traditional banking & financial services, digital banking, and payments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preference to Cybersecurity, FinServ or FinTech
- 2+ years of team management experience
- A great writer and storyteller, that creates meaningful content aligned to our company objectives.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth-stage startup.
- Entrepreneurial-minded, with a high sense of urgency, dedication, and a drive to succeed.
- Willingness to roll your sleeves up, be hands-on and lead by example.
- Excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations to cross functional partners.
- A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptocurrency and the blockchains that power them.
- Must be comfortable with a continuous deployment process.
- Understand segmentation strategies, developing buyer personas, articulating customer pain points, and crafting client-facing messaging.
- Thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
