Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for different Fiat channels and opportunities across APAC, including maintaining relationships with banks, payment partners, and providers, as well as oversee Fiat regulatory and licensing issues
- Drive Fiat growth and strategies through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, customer growth and acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics
- Manage and deal with APAC regulatory parties, Government bodies and appropriate trade bodies and key regional influencers ranging from outreaching, pitching, negotiations to relationship management
- Create and execute localized Fiat strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystems
- Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing payment products , markets, and new models
- Own and manage cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams to drive success (e.g. Product, Operations, Regional)
Requirements
- At least 10 years experience of proven success ideally from Fintech companies within Payment/Crypto Wallet/Digital Banks in Business Development, Relationship Management positions, and Customer Growth
- Proficient understanding and operating across APAC payment and banking laws & regulations
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and customer growth of a high-growth business, and comfortable with this being a hands-on position
- Strong in strategic thinking, project management and execution, and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator able to represent Binance to external regulatory parties and liaise with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, AML, etc
- Hardcore self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision
