The Position

We are seeking an experienced Frontend developer,. This professional will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our web applications and leverage their in-depth knowledge of frontend technologies to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, user-friendly interfaces that drive user engagement and business growth..

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & Maintain User Interfaces: Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS with TypeScript). Implement responsive design for optimal user experience across all devices and use frameworks and libraries such as React to enhance development efficiency and performance.
• Champion User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces. Conduct user research and apply user-centered design principles for intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Ensure Quality & Performance: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and collaborate on automated testing strategies. Monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Foster Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, UX/UI designers) to deliver high-quality web applications. Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Lead & Mentor: Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, with expertise in React JS and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, NPM, Yarn) and version control (Git).
• Experience with state management libraries (MobX) and React best practices.
• Ability to write clean, testable code using testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for web development and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Fluency in portuguese and english. Spanish is desired.
