Summary

In this role, you'll operate as a product engineer and 0-1 and take features from conception to implementation. You'll be working directly with boost creators to make it easier and more efficient for them to distribute token incentives.

Responsibilities:

1. Write frontend code while maintaining a high degree of craftsmanship
2. Work cross-functionally to define, design, and deliver new features.
3. Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the performance of existing codebases
4. Own and drive feature development from idea to adoption
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto industry to ensure our products and services stay at the forefront of innovation.
6. Participants in customer discovery calls, learning more about what their needs are to better scope projects

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience as a frontend engineer, with a minimum of 1 year in the crypto industry.
2. Strong technical depth with React, Tailwind, NextJS, and Typescript
3. A strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API definition.
4. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, along with the ability to create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that solve user problems.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team environment.

Nice-to-have:

1. Ability to write backend code
2. Familiarity with React Native
3. An eye for design and interest in getting deep in the pixels
