Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Lead front-end projects, ensuring high velocity, quality, and business impact.
2. Maintain active involvement in hands-on coding and architectural decisions.
3. Develop and enhance a responsive, scalable, and secure platform.
4. Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development.
2. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
3. Experience with React or Vue is highly transferable to our internal framework.
4. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and manage time effectively.
