Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead Brand Identity Creation for Events: Develop and present innovative design concepts that align with the event strategy. Ensure the visual identity is compelling, cohesive, and resonates with the event's target audience
- High-End Visual Design for Marketing: Produce top-tier visual designs for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, paid advertising, and campaigns. Create production-ready design assets that elevate the brand and engage customers
- Presentation Design: Assist in creating compelling presentations, working directly with executive stakeholders to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easily understandable formats
- World-Class Design Execution: Deliver designs that are at the highest level of quality, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate and Provide Feedback: Work closely with other designers, creative directors, and marketing teams to exchange constructive feedback. Cultivate a collaborative environment that enhances the overall creative output
- Adhere to and Enhance Brand Guidelines: Follow existing brand and visual identity guidelines while also identifying opportunities to improve and elevate current visual materials
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of high-quality design work with at least five years in a similar role
- Educational Background: BA/BS in Graphic Design or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Industry Experience: Experience in the Crypto/Web3 space is a significant advantage
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of primary design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma. Knowledge of animation tools like After Effects, 3D design, and WebFlow is a plus
- Strong Design Fundamentals: Expert understanding of fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and branding, with the ability to articulate design thinking and rationale
- Visual Narrative and Conceptual Strategy Skills: Ability to develop and present visual narratives and strategies that support design decisions
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills: Proficient in presenting design work to both creative and non-creative stakeholders, clearly communicating the value and thought process behind creative decisions
- Creative Problem-Solving: Adept at taking abstract concepts and translating them into concrete visual solutions that resonate with the target audience
- Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and processes, such as Notion and Slack, to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines
