Job Description:

1. Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
2. Analyze data and conduct research to identify growth opportunities and insights into user behavior.
3. Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and partnerships.
4. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
5. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize and implement growth initiatives.
6. Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics and ROI.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
8. Identify and explore new growth channels and opportunities for innovation.
9. Continuously optimize the customer journey and user experience to enhance satisfaction and drive business results.
10. Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Must Have:

1. Outstanding communication skills in both spoken and written English
2. Collaboration skills, with a knack for adaptation to new technologies.
3. 2 years of experience in Blockchain/WEB-3 
4. 3 years of exp. in Marketing/Growth role
