Summary
Responsibilities
- Support the significant growth of the global marketing, trading desk, and finance department to ensure a successful onboarding and integration for the new joiners.
- Support leaders to shape their teams and help improve management capabilities.
- Gatekeeper of data accuracy to ensure employees' data are handled efficiently.
- Ensure employee communication is handled timely and effectively.
- Works closely with the department head and HR team to improve employee engagement, talent retention, and talent career development.
- Build comprehensive performance assessment principles and provide performance management guidance to line managers.
- Identify training needs and support the team’s career development.
- Implement and contribute to global HR projects and improve processes.
- Responsible for all your departments’ HC analysis, employee working efficiency, identifying the HC requirements, and hiring the right talents from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 3-8 years of HR experience in a fast-growing team, preferred experience in global fintech or crypto industry, 1 year of HRBP experience is a must.
- Experienced in recruiting or talent acquisition is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Regional experience or working knowledge of HR practices in global markets is preferred.
- Training experience is a big plus.
- Proficient in facilitating performance improvement conversations and handling basic data consolidation and analysis.
