Summary

In this role you’ll be responsible to grow Robinhood’s brand awareness and customer base in the UK market as we continue to launch new products. We are looking for a marketer who can build and launch marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and user growth, as well as own the go-to-market strategies for some of our most innovative products alongside cross-functional teams from product management, creative, research, legal and more!

What you will do

  1. Build the marketing strategy and be the champion for Robinhood's UK market
  2. Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product and feature launches and ongoing marketing campaigns in the UK
  3. Define and implement strategic growth strategies in partnership with performance, lifecycle, creative, social, communications and brand agencies.
  4. Craft end-to-end marketing campaigns that build relevance and excitement for the Robinhood brand in the UK market
  5. Create differentiated narratives with messaging that continuously improves with user feedback, testing, and a deep understanding of our target audience
  6. Drive market and competitive assessments with research and data teams by surfacing qualitative and quantitative customer insights to craft product and engagement strategies, ensure product-market fit, and shape the product roadmap
  7. Track and analyze the impact of the work with our target customers in partnership with product, benchmarking, legal, compliance, and policy teams
  8. Understand the multiple players in the ecosystem (including consumers, policymakers, news media, government)
  9. Be a strong customer champion, creative marketer, and problem solver

What you bring

  1. Background in consumer-facing marketing capacity in tech (preferably fintech) companies in the UK market
  2. Strong expertise in growth marketing
  3. Ability to autonomously develop break-through marketing strategies
  4. Capacity to break down complex concepts so that they’re simple, clear, and human
  5. Strong relationship-building capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally
  6. Data-driven approach to your work and decision-making
  7. Qualitative analytical ability and familiarity with A/B testing
  8. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
  9. Experience working in or curious about the brokerage industry
