Summary

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of Product Design, including PRD review, experience design, and UAT phases.
2. Deliver high-quality interface designs for specific functional modules using Figma, ensuring both efficiency and excellence.
3. Collaborate independently with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing.
4. Partner with other Product Designers to continuously update and maintain component libraries in response to evolving business needs.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years experience in designing consumer-facing products across multiple platforms (mobile app and web) in the crypto or financial sector.
2. Experience with redesign projects, with the ability to balance and transition between old and new design systems.
3. Expertise in Figma, especially in auto-layout and component systems, with a strong understanding of Web and H5 adaptation specifications, as well as iOS and Android platforms.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively to balance costs and project benefits.
5. Adaptable to a startup culture that values efficiency and impact.
6. Proficient in both English and Chinese.
