Responsibilities

1. Own the end-to-end product design process, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
2. Conduct user research and data analysis to gain deep insights into user needs, translating findings into impactful design improvements
3. Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to implement and refine design solutions
4. Participate in design reviews, providing expert insights and constructive feedback to enhance product design
5. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design innovations to continuously elevate design quality and creativity

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the crypto, internet, or fintech industries
2. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with hands-on experience using prototyping tools like Principle and Axure
3. Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a deep understanding of user experience principles
4. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive effective cross-functional collaboration
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficient in both English & Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
