Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at SMT. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of new product features and pricing strategies. As a key member of the product management team, you will collaborate closely with the SMT CEO, Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and execute product initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.

- Lead the end-to-end ideation, development, and launch of new product features and enhancements to our digital advertising platform:
- Spearhead the product development process, from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring the delivery of high-impact features aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation:
- Drive comprehensive market research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer preferences.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, informing the product strategy and ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of the market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize feature development, and establish product roadmaps:
- Engage closely with key stakeholders to gather insights and align product strategies with business goals.
- Work collaboratively to define clear product requirements, prioritize feature development, and create dynamic product roadmaps that address market demands.
- Develop comprehensive pricing strategies for new and existing products:
- Formulate and implement robust pricing strategies for both new and existing products, incorporating value-based pricing models, tiered pricing structures, and strategic promotional pricing campaigns.
- Regularly analyze pricing data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize pricing strategies and identify revenue-maximizing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery and adoption:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive successful product delivery and market adoption.
- Define key performance metrics and track the success of product initiatives:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of product features, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product features and pricing strategies:
- Act as the go-to authority on product features and pricing strategies, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our product offerings remain competitive and innovative.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies for software-as-a-service (SaaS) products or digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Education, Experience, and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on technology or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and features, from ideation to commercialization.
