Summary

The Ops Hub solution is responsible for a set of domains related to Operations, Regulatory and AFC Compliance, Payments and User Identity. Our teams provide business critical core services and applications. We contribute to operational service efficiency, a highly available and performant Payments infrastructure, as well as secure and compliant user and transaction related services.

What you’ll do:

1. Be responsible for developing new products and features within the Bitpanda ecosystem, focusing on the domains of Operations and Regulatory Compliance
2. Lead initiatives and deliver a cohesive product strategy for the internal services we build and the external software providers we integrate with
3. Reevaluate existing products and create new innovative strategies
4. Coordinate project work-plans, assuring budgets & deliverables
5. Close collaboration with all internal departments and external vendors. Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, regulatory compliance, security, and scalability. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices

Who you are:

1. 5+ years of product management experience within a fintech environment with a proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.
2. You have worked in domains of Operations and Regulatory Compliance before and you have outstanding organizational and communication skills
3. You are comfortable with ambiguity and will guide product definition with your ability to balance competing/contradictory priorities and your exceptional communication and presentation skills
4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau or Qlikview plus knowledge of building and driving adoption of new tools.
5. Experience in large-scale, consumer facing web/mobile products and applications would be an advantage - Knowledge of financial services, trading or crypto currencies would be advantageous.
