Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of our Product team and help shape the product vision and strategy for key aspects of our exchange platform, including KYC, fiat integrations, user registration, deposits & withdrawals, CRM, admin WMS, and internal tools. What you’ll be working on:

1. Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for exchange platform features, such as KYC processes, fiat integrations, and CRM tools, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
2. Collaborating with engineering, design, compliance, and operational teams to define and implement product requirements that balance user needs with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
3. Driving user research and market analysis to identify pain points and opportunities in areas like registration, deposits, withdrawals, and administrative workflows, delivering innovative solutions that improve the overall user experience.
4. Creating and managing a clear product roadmap for platform-wide features and internal tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
5. Optimizing and scaling operational workflows through robust internal tools to improve efficiency for support and admin teams.
6. Analyzing product performance using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for iteration and enhancements.
7. Staying updated on regulatory and industry trends to ensure all solutions remain compliant and competitive in the evolving cryptocurrency and exchange landscape.
8. Promoting collaboration, clear communication, and agile execution across teams to ensure timely delivery of impactful product solutions.

About you:

1. 6+ years of product management experience with a focus on crypto exchange platforms.
2. Proven experience in developing and launching core platform features, especially those related to KYC, fiat integrations, CRM, or back-office systems.
3. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain technology, and the regulatory landscape in the crypto space.
4. Familiarity with user onboarding flows and operational workflows, with a keen eye for process optimization and user experience improvements.
5. Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
6. Data-driven approach to product development, with a strong ability to use metrics and analytics tools to inform decisions.
7. Proficiency in product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (C1+).
9. Startup mindset with a focus on innovation, adaptability, and problem-solving.
