We are seeking a skilled and driven Senior Product Manager (Trading UI) to join our Product team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the product vision and strategy for WOO X’s trading interface, leading the creation of intuitive and efficient UI features for our platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our trading interface provides an exceptional user experience that meets the needs of both professional and casual traders. Interested? What you’ll be working on:

1. Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for trading UI features, from concept through to launch and refinement.
2. Collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to define and implement product requirements, translating user needs into technical specifications that drive a seamless trading experience.
3. Leveraging a deep understanding of crypto trading mechanics to design features that enhance trading efficiency and user satisfaction.
4. Conducting user research and tracking market trends to identify improvement opportunities for the trading UI and introducing innovative solutions to enhance the user journey.
5. Creating and managing a clear product roadmap for the trading interface that aligns with business objectives and meets the evolving needs of users.
6. Tracking and analyzing the performance of trading UI features, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize the product.
7. Promoting a culture of collaboration, clear communication, and agile execution within the product team and with other departments.

About you:

1. 6+ years of experience in product management, focusing on technical products.
2. Proven track record in the development and launch of core trading or swapping features, especially within a trading UI.
3. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
4. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. A data-driven approach to product development with a focus on user needs.
8. Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
9. Out-of-the-box and startup mindset.
10. Fluent in verbal and written English (C1+).
