About the role:

• Strategy creation and execution: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy for Boost adoption and growth for our products awareness in market.
• Build systems for detail oriented execution: Build the systems to scale your efforts while working with product, growth, and BD to deliver on your strategy and campaigns in a competitive and time conscious manner.
• Campaign Creation: Propose and execute on marketing campaigns with a specific budget, including the strategic rationale for spend, effort, and how it relates back to the overarching goals of Boost.
• Brand Messaging: Understand how to coordinate the brand story and product roadmap to create cohesive brand messaging that ties back to the newest product developments.
• Data driven decision making: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behaviors to inform and optimize on your strategy. Use data to understand if campaigns were successful and how we can iterate to make them more impactful.

About You:

• Strategic thinker: You have the ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies. This includes planning and executing high-impact campaigns, and leveraging existing tools and platforms in the crypto ecosystem.
• Expertise in crypto: You are deeply knowledgeable about the crypto industry, particularly in the area of growing applications and understand the key trends that are happening in the industry.
• Early stage experience: Previous experience working with a small team in a fast paced start-up environment that changes quickly.
• Outside the Box Thinking: You are a self-starter that often thinks about how to solve ideas with outside the box solutions in a calculated way.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate learnings: You can distill complex information into actionable insights. You are experienced in creating playbooks or guides based on past experiments and can effectively communicate these learnings to both internal and external stakeholders.
