Summary

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Quickly integrate with teams to learn/master the Avalanche network while gaining a deep understanding of its key technologies, differentiation, and target markets
  2. Take ownership of all Consumer products, GTM/launch strategies, briefs, etc.
  3. Align Product and Marketing team goals, processes, and overall communications across other business units
  4. Design delivery strategies of product messaging/positioning, brand identity, market segmentation, and other product marketing motions to maximize product and feature adoption
  5. Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, Creative, BD, and Communications teams to develop strategies, assets, and campaigns
  6. Optimize channel growth and user acquisition strategies
  7. Manage social media and content marketing synergies across Core’s product suite, Explorers, Bridge UI/SDKs and Avalanche
  8. Assist with daily marketing tasks and operations with data science
  9. Strategize marketing campaigns across X (previously Twitter), Google, Apple, etc. 
  10. Develop campaigns and event programming that prime marketing funnels and maximize user acquisition
  11. Act as the "voice of the customer" when collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
  12. Work with channel owners to define, manage, and activate campaigns
  13. Measure the effectiveness of Product Marketing launches and campaigns
  14. Ensure successful delivery of projects in collaboration with key stakeholders (internal and external)

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher
  2. 5+ years of technical Product Marketing Management
  3. High urgency and sense of ownership
  4. Managed and delivered 1 or more end-to-end product launches
  5. Prior experience in the blockchain / Web3 industry
  6. Strong messaging, positioning, and market segmentation skills for complex technologies
  7. ICP analysis, competitive analysis strategies, and case studies
  8. Adept at working closely with PMs and managing a product roadmap
  9. Prior experience in startups, enterprise software, or consumer-facing software products
  10. Notion, Google Suite, or other collaboration tools
  11. Social Media experience, especially Discord & X (previously Twitter)
  12. Experience collaborating with marketing, data science, and business teams

NICE TO HAVE

  1. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
  2. Expert-level target market research, messaging, and product launch experience
  3. Superior technical writing, organizational, verbal, and presentation skills
  4. Developer relations, and community and ecosystem development
  5. Experience with dApp product launches
  6. Strong knowledge of crypto wallets, layer 1 or 2 blockchain(s), or adjacent technologies
  7. Performance analytics background
  8. Customer acquisition strategies (i.e., paid, SEO, social, web, email)
  9. Ability to influence and gain confidence from internal stakeholders
  10. Strong mediation and negotiation skills

Salary Range: $135,200 to $168,800
