Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering assigned projects, acting as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  2. Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as needed.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
  4. Act as an Account Manager for projects without a designated Project Manager, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  5. Serve as a Scrum Master when needed, leading Agile ceremonies and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions and delays.
  7. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.
  8. Monitor project budget and resource allocations. Track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  10. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  3. Experienced in managing multiple projects
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  5. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and project management best practices.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build rapport with clients.
