Summary

As a Senior Protocol Growth Manager at Finoa, you will drive the integration and adoption of new blockchain protocols across our custody and staking services. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Finoa’s protocol portfolio, collaborating with protocol teams & their foundations, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of blockchain protocols, a strategic growth mindset, and the ability to build and nurture key relationships. In this role, you will:

1. Protocol Integration:

    Lead the end-to-end commercial process of integrating new blockchain protocols into Finoa’s custody and staking platform.

2. Partnership Development:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with protocol teams, foundations, and ecosystem partners to drive collaboration and alignment.

3. Stakeholder Coordination: 

   Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver smooth integrations, ensuring that all technical and operational requirements are met.

4. Market Research:

    Stay informed about and identify emerging blockchain protocols, evaluate their potential for integration based on market demand, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.

5. Protocol Advocacy: 

   Act as the internal expert on integrated protocols, providing insights and education to internal teams and clients about their unique features and benefits.

6. Strategic Planning: 

   Develop and execute strategies to prioritize protocol integrations that align with Finoa’s growth objectives and market trends.

7. Performance Monitoring: 

   Oversee the performance of integrated protocols, identifying opportunities for optimization as well as feature and ecosystem enhancement.

8. Collaboration: 

   Engage with Finoa’s marketing and sales teams to ensure integrated protocols are effectively positioned and promoted to existing clients and protocol investors.

9. Feedback Loop:

    Gather and communicate feedback from clients and partners to protocol teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

10. Thought Leadership: 

    Represent Finoa in industry events and forums, positioning the company as a key player in the blockchain ecosystem.

What you need to be successful:

1. Experience: 

   Minimum 5 years of experience in protocol growth, blockchain integration, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful protocol implementations.

2. Technical Expertise: 

   Strong understanding of blockchain technology, consensus mechanisms, and the specific requirements for custody and staking integrations.

3. Strategic Thinking: 

   Ability to evaluate and prioritize protocols based on their technical and market potential.

4. Sales Acumen: 

   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills and individual contributor mentality.

5. Relationship Building: 

   Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with protocol teams, foundations, and ecosystem partners.

6. Project Management: 

   Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple integrations and deadlines simultaneously.
