Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure effective test coverage for our products. Collaborate with developers, product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to define test objectives, requirements, and acceptance criteria
2. Test Execution and Management: Manage the end-to-end testing process and take a hands-on role in leading and coordinating the execution of test cases, including both manual and automated testing. Monitor schedules, prioritize and track defects, and ensure timely resolution while upholding quality standards
3. Test Automation: Drive the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools. Collaborate with the developers to identify suitable automation opportunities and develop automated test scripts. Continuously enhance the test automation suite to improve efficiency and coverage
4. Leadership: Mentor QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
5. Building a Culture of Quality: Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding and commitment to quality standards. Encourage proactive defect prevention and early detection practices

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in QA with demonstrated leadership skills and strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
2. Hands-on automaton experience, with proficiency in UI and API automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
4. Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
5. Familiarity with Web3 concepts and testing approaches is a plus
