Summary

Limit Break is looking for a Limit Break is looking for experienced Principal Recruiter to partner closely with multiple hiring teams to build effective sourcing for talent in our growing Tokyo mobile gaming studio.

Responsibilities:

●     Source resumes for engineering, information technology and design opportunities

●     Connect with applicants and potential candidates to identify talent and build pipelines

●     Mine for top performers in both traditional and unexpected places

●     Travel to community networking events to promote employment brand

●     Recruit and interview qualified candidates and submit to appropriate client opportunities

●     Build candidate and client relationships through extensive interaction and diligent follow up

●     Write job descriptions and advise/create hiring strategy 

●     Negotiate and present employment offers and initiate pre-employment process

●     Provide HR management support as needed for employees

●     Work closely with hiring managers to define and qualify requirements

●      Build job descriptions and implement proactive recruiting strategies

●      Source passive candidates at all levels

●      Establish recruitment expertise and provide prescriptive recruitment support to internal partners

●      Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners and Talent operations team

●      Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, and be comfortable using data to influence hiring.

●      Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring not only just a good candidate experience but a good hiring manager experience as well  

Qualifications:

●      Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese (bi-lingual)

●      Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting in the hi-tech industry as an in-house recruiter

●      Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels

●      Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment

●      Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
