Summary

Your tasks will include:

Training and mentoring the development team;

Supporting the current tasks of the development team;

Writing bots in Rust (creating instructions, writing algorithms, etc.);

Setting up nodes and validators;

Writing and deploying contracts in Rust;

Integrating bots into Telegram and UI interfaces.

We expect:

Experience in team management;

Excellent knowledge of programming languages Rust and JavaScript/TypeScript, necessary for development on the Solana blockchain;

Deep understanding of blockchain and consensus mechanisms (POW, POS, LPOS, DPOS, Proof of History, etc.);

Experience in writing smart contracts;

Awareness of common attacks on smart contracts;

Experience with development tools for Solana (e.g., Anchor, Solang, Solana CLI);

Experience integrating smart contracts with various applications and services;

Experience working with validators and staking on Solana;

Experience with decentralized applications (DApps) on Solana;

Understanding of blockchain principles and decentralized technologies;

Experience with Solana SDK, creating instructions, working with Jito, and setting up RPC.
