Summary

Your Role

1. Complete the architecture and development of the company's internal rust/smart contract projects according to product requirements, and be able to cooperate with product, testing, devops and other cooperation teams to ensure the project is launched safely and runs stably
2. Promote the formulation of internal rust/contract project security and best practice standards, and coach and train other engineers to promote team organization and strength improvement
3. Pay attention to industry hot spots and introduce industry technological innovation and security practices into the team in a timely manner

Your Craft

1. 3+ years of experience in large-scale Rust project development
2. 2+ years of solidity contract project development experience, familiar with common contract vulnerability forms and best practice standards
3. Proficient in Bitcoin and Ethereum protocols, and familiar with other popular blockchain protocols such as Solana and Ton
4. Familiar with and used popular Defi protocols
5. Excellent team communication and collaboration skills, passionate about the blockchain industry, and strong learning and acceptance of new technologies and things
