You will have the following responsibilities

  4. Command all aspects of the sales cycle with precision, from initial engagement to closing high-value deals
  5. Maximize profitability and ensure sustainable revenue streams
  6. Cultivate strategic relationships and maintain strong, lasting business streams with high-profile clients Ensuring Compliance with regulatory standards and overseeing the implementation of required changes
  7. Mentor and guide a high performing team within our cutting-edge crypto firm
  8. As a key member of the senior management team, you will report directly to the top executives, contributing to high-level strategic decisions and shaping the future direction of the company

What you bring along

  1. Higher education in Banking/ Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
  2. In-depth understanding of crypto and good connections in the crypto community is a must
  3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services or Technology sector in the field of Sales
  4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in overseeing compliance processes
  5. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  6. Holistic entrepreneurial thinking with a strong understanding of client needs and requirements
  7. A hands-on personality and driving initiatives from concept to completion
  8. Capable of leading and motivating the Bitcoin Suisse sales team to achieve the ambitious goals
  9. Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills on all levels
  10. Profound analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
  11. Fluent language skills in German and English
