Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned sales specialist to drive and oversee our commercial operations in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial services, growth industries and sales leadership to drive our growth and market presence within the local landscape.
What you will do
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning to expand the company's market share and revenue streams.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Create and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Build partnerships and strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, asset managers, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with local and international partners to create synergies, co-branded initiatives, and distribution channels. Negotiate and finalise partnerships that enhance the platform's offerings and market reach.
Who you are
- Proven track record of sales roles within the financial services, software as a service sector or similar B2B sales environment..
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry and navigate complexity.
- Thorough knowledge of local market dynamics and industry trends.
- Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken).
