Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned sales specialist to drive and oversee our commercial operations in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial services, growth industries and sales leadership to drive our growth and market presence within the local landscape. 

What you will do 

1. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning to expand the company's market share and revenue streams.
2. Nurture and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. 
3. Create and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
4. Build partnerships and strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, asset managers, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers.
5. Collaborate with local and international partners to create synergies, co-branded initiatives, and distribution channels. Negotiate and finalise partnerships that enhance the platform's offerings and market reach.

Who you are 

1. Proven track record of sales roles within the financial services, software as a service sector or similar B2B sales environment.. 
2. Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry and navigate complexity.
4. Thorough knowledge of local market dynamics and industry trends. 
5. Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken).
