Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the Token Metrics Human Resources department. The Technical Recruiter role at Token Metrics is focused on people operations and preserving Token Metrics' unique culture in terms of how we recruit, hire, and develop outstanding people. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Token Metrics, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical positions. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing team aligned with our company’s goals and culture.

  2. Reduce the average hiring time to fewer than 30 days within a 90-day period.
  3. Optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and speed without compromising on quality.

  6. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Core Competencies
  8. Technical Knowledge
  9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  10. Deep understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  11. Experience with ATS
  12. Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
  13. Proficient in managing and optimizing candidate pipelines.
  14. Proficiency with Recruiting Tool
  15. Extensive experience using recruiting tools such as Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and others.
  16. Skilled in sourcing and engaging top-tier talent.
  17. Communication Skills
  18. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  19. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
