Summary

The ServiceNow HR Analyst will be a part of a team that will manage day to day enhancements and fixes. This role will facilitate the requirements, design, testing, and delivery of projects and system enhancements while representing stakeholder interests. Your role will also ensure the accurate collection, control, processing, and maintenance of confidential employee record data.  This position will have the opportunity to work across many different Fidelity teams. 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  2. A minimum of 3-5years Business / Systems Analyst experience
  3. 4+ years ServiceNow configuration experience
  4. Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required
  5. Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
  6. Experience with end to end test planning and execution
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  8. Strong written and communication skills
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills
  10. Experience in a fast paced, agile environment
  11. You are analytical, technical, problem-solving and communication skills are a key strength
  12. You are highly organized and have a strong ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  13. You understand the importance of being detail oriented complemented by a high degree of accuracy
  14. You have experience with configuring ServiceNow
  15. You have a keen ability to build and influence relationships
  16. You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
  17. You have good business judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of all data
  18. Your attention to detail consistently generates high quality output is a priority in your daily work

The Value You Deliver

  1. Manage end to end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and defects
  2. Research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow
  3. Research and implement solutions to incidents and requests
  4. Update standards and procedures documentation as required
  5. Coordinate & Publish HR Knowledgebase articles
  6. Creation of automated test scripts to be used for future upgrade releases
  7. Leverage thorough understanding of business process and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements
  8. Building trust and leveraging solid working relationships with key business partners
  9. Seeking opportunities to proactively provide value-added insight and looking for continuous improvement from our business partners.
