Role Summary

Millionero.com is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager and Designer with a strong background in the crypto industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cryptocurrency, a creative mindset for content creation, and the ability to design engaging graphics.

Duties/Responsibilities

1. Run the day-to-day operations of Millionero’s social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Telegram, etc.)
2. Engage in online conversations with Millionero’s social community about our services
3. Ideate unique and engaging social media ideas and graphics.
4. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and target audiences
5. Track performance metrics, measure the success of posts, and make data-driven decisions for optimization
6. Continue to grow current social channels, identify new platform opportunities, and identify potential issues
7. Strategize and coordinate social media distribution of new research reports published daily and new product releases
8. Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines
9. Create and suggest good content for posts especially engaging tweets related to crypto.
10. Coordinate with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of professional experience in a Social Media Manager role and design. 
2. Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media posts and campaigns
3. Expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator etc
4. Previous experience in the crypto industry (e.g., Tokens, DeFi, Crypto Exchanges, Meme Coins, etc.)
5. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Google Analytics, Monday.com, etc.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively
7. Fluent/Native in English
