Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence across various platforms. This role requires a crypto-native professional who understands the unique dynamics of the crypto space and can creatively engage our community while aligning with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts (Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) in alignment with the Chorus One brand.
2. Brand Voice Development: Craft tone of voices optimized for each social media platform.
3. Content Strategy: Develop and maintain an engaging social content calendar, aligned with product rollouts, network launches, and key campaigns.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and implement strategies for growth.
5. Crypto Community Engagement: Stay deeply connected with the crypto community to proactively suggest and execute innovative ideas.
6. Trend Adaptation: Experiment with new organic and viral content formats to stay ahead of fast-moving crypto trends.
7. Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish content tailored for social media audiences.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with Chorus One spokespeople and design teams to maximize brand impact and produce required assets. Additionally, partner closely with the design teams to produce any necessary assets. 
9. Innovation: Continuously offer fresh ideas and strategies to elevate our social media presence.
10. Team Enablement: Share social media best practices, tips, and actionable advice with the team.

Job requirements

1. Crypto Native: 3+ years of experience in the crypto space with a deep understanding of its culture, trends, and audience behavior.
2. Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social accounts with a creative, data-driven approach.
3. Content Creation: Strong writing skills and a knack for creating engaging, on-brand content.
4. Analytics Proficiency: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and pivot strategies effectively.
5. Community-Centric: Passionate about connecting with crypto communities and contributing to conversations in a meaningful way.
6. Design Collaboration: Experience working with design teams to produce assets that resonate with audiences.
7. Adaptability: Agile mindset to keep up with rapidly changing trends and challenges in the crypto space.
8. Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Compensation & Equity

We offer a salary range of 80,000-120,000 USD in your preferred local currency or stable coins, complemented by stock options, giving you a stake in the exciting future we’re building together.
