Job Description
Summary
This role is an opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven finance, building agentic systems that streamline research, decision-making, and operational processes. You will work alongside world-class engineers, data scientists, and product leaders, applying advanced AI techniques to deliver meaningful impact across the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation AI Agents to deliver a combination of capabilities to research structured and unstructured data.
- Design, develop, and optimize algorithms that strategically prompt LLMs to execute complex, multi-step reasoning tasks, agentic workflows and chains efficiently.
- Write high quality, modular code to capture agentic design patterns into reusable, maintainable, production-ready code.
- Prototype AI-driven experiences rapidly, collecting user feedback to refine capabilities.
- Implement robust evaluation systems for AI agents, leveraging both in-house and third-party tools.
- Ensure AI performance and reliability, carefully crafting comprehensive end-to-end and unit test-cases for agents and related sub-components.
- Prepare structured and unstructured data for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and other agentic chains and workflows.
- Deploy AI-powered solutions to the cloud with a focus on latency, scalability, and security.
- Stay ahead of AI innovation, continuously evolving our agentic models based on the latest Generative AI research and tools for optimal LLM invocation.
Requirements
- Strong Python programming experience, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Prompt engineering experience with an intuitive grasp of LLM behaviour and understanding of patterns such as ReACT, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), function calling, Text2SQL and intelligent routing.
- Experience with open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Generative AI/LLM test-case and validation experience.
- Understanding of cloud deployment such as Kubernetes, Docker and/or cloud ML platforms such as Amazon bedrock.
- Understanding of retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and related topics such as chunking strategies, hybrid indexing, graph RAG and agentic RAG.
- Exceptional attention to code quality and emphasis on adhering to established software design patterns.
- Hands-on experience developing production-grade systems in one or more of the above areas.
- BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 years of professional experience in workplace setting
