As a Software Engineer at Ripple, you will play a substantial role in developing the next-generation of payment solutions that will transform the way banks settle cross-border payments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Build enterprise, distributed payment applications that settle within secondsenabling the Internet of Value
2. Prototype new solutions for complex problems and implement them for production bank deployments
3. Design, develop, and maintain web-based platforms and applications for internal and commercial use
4. Work closely with team members at all stages of the software development lifecycle
5. Work with other Builder teams including Operations, Product, Marketing, and Business Development, thinking beyond the technical implications of your design decisions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

1. At least 1 year of web development experience with technologies such as modern Javascript frameworks (React), HTML5, CSS/SASS, Webpack, and NPM. Experience with any other similar front-end technologies should be fine.
2. Nice to haves: experience with Spring, SQL, Docker, AWS
3. Experience building scalable and performant enterprise software
4. Eagerness to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
5. A positive outlook and passion for sharing knowledge
6. Bachelors in Computer Science or similar
7. Demonstrated hands-on software development experience in at least one of the following technologies: Java, JavaScript, Python, Rails, etc.
