Summary
As a solution engineer /Senior Presales Consultant you will be fluent in German and English, you will be instrumental in driving Bitpanda's growth across DACH markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) by serving as a technical expert and strategic advisor to prospective clients. Working closely with the sales team, you will leverage deep industry and technical knowledge to align Bitpanda’s offerings with client needs, ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement to solution design.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations in both German and English, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Architect customised solutions that align with client specifications and Bitpanda’s technology, addressing unique requirements and demonstrating the value of our digital asset capabilities.
- Lead technical contributions to RFP/RFI responses and other sales documentation, creating persuasive content that supports strategic business cases.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Bitpanda’s platform and digital asset ecosystem, staying informed on trends to position Bitpanda as a thought leader in the field.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for prospective clients, coordinating with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth engagements and effective communication. Share insights from client engagements with product and engineering teams to help shape Bitpanda’s product roadmap and support ongoing training for the sales team to enhance understanding of Bitpanda’s digital asset solutions.
Who you are:
- With at least 5 years in presales, solutions engineering, or a related role within fintech, banking, or digital assets. Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills to engage effectively across DACH region clients.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset management, with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences with strong client-facing skills, with a consultative, problem-solving approach.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to support high-level sales discussions, working alongside account executives to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to assess client needs, anticipate challenges, and recommend effective solutions.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel within Europe and abroad for client meetings and industry event
